thepromoguy: Slots, Live Dealer and NFL Sportsbook in One Spot
Deposit with PayPal, Venmo, or your Play+ prepaid card and you're inside the lobby in seconds — live dealer tables from Evolution, fan-favourite slots like Gates of Olympus, and a sportsbook built around NFL same-game parlays and player props.
thepromoguy · United States
Service availability depends on eligible states and local law. US online casino and sportsbook access is licensed state by state, so check your state's rules before opening an account. 21+ where applicable.
What Sets thepromoguy Apart
We built the lobby around the wallets Americans already use, the leagues they already follow, and the devices they already carry. Every feature connects your account to real action without extra steps or detours.
Wallet-First Deposits
PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ sit at the top of every cashier screen so your preferred wallet is one tap away, not buried in a menu.
Live Dealer Access
Evolution-powered live dealer tables stream directly to your browser or app — no download required and no buffering on a solid mobile connection.
NFL and College Sportsbook
Same-game parlays, player props, and point spreads across NFL, NBA, MLB and college football are inside the same account as your casino games.
One Account, Every Screen
Your balance, bet history, and wallet settings carry across mobile and desktop so you never lose your place when you switch devices.
Play on iOS, Android, or Mobile Browser
The thepromoguy mobile experience runs cleanly on both iOS and Android without a dedicated download if you prefer the browser path. Players in Philadelphia reach the full lobby — live tables, slots, sportsbook — straight from Safari or Chrome on their phone. If you want the app-style feel, save our site to your home screen and it loads like a native app. Your PayPal or Venmo session stays active so you can fund, bet, and check your balance without re-entering credentials every time.

What's Running on the Promo Board
New accounts in eligible states may see a matched deposit offer on the cashier screen after registration. Terms and eligible amounts are shown at account creation.
Open Your Account
Returning accounts sometimes see reload credits tied to NFL or NBA game weeks. Check the promo tab in your account; availability varies by state and account tier.
Open Your AccountPayPal, Venmo, and Play+ — Your Cashier Path
We've set up the cashier so that your three most familiar US wallets are always the first options you see. Each one works differently, and knowing the path before you fund saves time at the table.
| PayPal | Log into PayPal through the cashier, confirm the amount, and your deposit hits the account almost immediately. Withdrawals follow the same path — initiate from your account wallet, confirm in the PayPal app, and funds land in your PayPal balance. |
|---|---|
| Venmo | Venmo deposits are handled through your linked Venmo account. Tap the Venmo option in the cashier, approve the transfer in the Venmo app, and your lobby balance updates. Withdrawals back to Venmo are available where supported by your state's rules. |
| Play+ | Play+ is a prepaid card account designed specifically for US online gaming. Load it via online banking or debit card, then use it to deposit and withdraw at thepromoguy. It keeps your gaming wallet separate from your main checking account. |
Slots, Live Tables, and a Full Sportsbook
The lobby organises into three clear areas: slots, live casino, and sports. Slot rooms include high-cap titles like Gates of Olympus from Pragmatic Play and Mahjong Ways from PG Soft alongside house originals like Cowboy Deluxe and Sunrise Bingo. Live casino runs Evolution-streamed blackjack, baccarat, and roulette — Prime Time Baccarat being one of the most-opened tables on NFL Sundays. The sportsbook section covers NFL same-game parlays, MLB Baseball Player Props, and College Basketball Same-Game Parlay markets. RTP figures are shown on game info screens only where the provider publishes them; we do not fabricate percentages.

Four Steps from Account to Action
Getting from zero to your first bet or spin takes fewer steps than most people expect. We've stripped out the friction points — no lengthy forms, no mailed verification codes. Identity verification is handled digitally and usually clears quickly. Once your account is active and your wallet is linked, the full lobby is open.
Choose Your Path
Decide whether you're coming in on mobile browser, saved home-screen shortcut, or desktop. All three land at the same account — choose whichever fits where you are right now.
Create Your Account
Fill in your name, email, and state. Identity verification is required by state law; have your ID ready for the digital check — it takes a few minutes in most cases.
Link Your Wallet
Open the cashier and connect PayPal, Venmo, or Play+. Each option walks you through the link step inside the app — you're not leaving our page to do it manually.
Enter the Lobby
With your balance funded, head to slots, live dealer, or the sportsbook. Your wallet and game history stay synced across every session, on every device you use.
Help When Your Account Needs It
Support at thepromoguy runs through live chat and email. Live chat is the faster path for wallet issues or login problems — the chat widget is in the bottom-right corner on every page, including inside the lobby. Email is available for account documents and identity verification questions where you need to attach files. If you're hitting a deposit error with PayPal or Venmo, the live chat team can pull your transaction reference and check it in real time.
Live Chat
Open the chat widget from any page — lobby, cashier, or account settings. For PayPal and Venmo deposit errors, have your transaction reference ready; the agent can check the status against the payment record directly.
Email Support
Use email for account verification documents, ID uploads, or anything that requires an attachment. Response times vary; for urgent issues like a locked account, live chat gets you there faster than email.
Account Self-Service
Most wallet links, password changes, and withdrawal requests are handled directly inside your account settings without contacting support. Check the account tab first — it covers the majority of routine actions.

Casino and Betting Terms Worth Knowing
These are the terms that come up most when you're navigating the lobby, funding your account, or reading a sportsbook line. Short, plain-language explanations — no jargon piled on top of jargon.
A wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet a bonus amount before withdrawing it. For example, a 10x requirement means betting the bonus ten times total before it converts to withdrawable cash.
Volatility describes how a slot pays out. High-volatility slots pay less often but in larger amounts; low-volatility slots pay smaller amounts more frequently. It affects your bankroll pace, not the overall return.
A same-game parlay combines multiple bets from a single game — like an NFL quarterback's passing yards and the final score — into one ticket. All legs must win for the parlay to pay out.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is the identity verification process required by state law before you can withdraw funds — typically a government-issued ID and proof of address submitted digitally.
Cash out lets you settle an active bet before the game ends, taking a partial return rather than waiting for the final result. The amount offered changes in real time based on how the game is progressing.
A point spread is the margin set by the sportsbook that a favorite must win by for a bet on them to pay out. Betting the underdog means they just need to lose by less than that margin, or win outright.
A progressive feature builds a prize pool across multiple spins or multiple players. The pool grows until a trigger condition is met. RTP for progressive titles is published on the game info screen only when the provider discloses it.
